At DBunlock, all services and content are delivered digitally. By subscribing to any of our plans, you gain access to exclusive online content, private community perks, and automatic entry into prize draws — with no physical delivery involved.


1. Digital Delivery Only

DBunlock is a 100% digital platform. All content, features, and services (including giveaway entries, behind-the-scenes media, and community access) are delivered electronically via our website and associated platforms (e.g., Discord).


2. Subscription Activation

Your digital access is granted immediately upon:

  • Successful account registration

  • Completion of payment (for premium plans)

You can begin accessing content, perks, and features from your user dashboard right after confirmation.


3. Giveaway Prizes

Prize draws are held monthly. If you are selected as a winner:

  • Cash prizes or digital rewards will be delivered electronically (e.g., via EFT or e-voucher)

  • Physical prizes (if applicable) will be discussed directly with the winner via email or phone

Note: Prize fulfillment timelines may vary and will be communicated individually.


4. Content Access & Limitations

Access to premium content depends on your active subscription tier. If payment fails or the subscription is cancelled, access to premium features will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.


5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your account, receiving content, or confirming giveaway entries:

We aim to resolve all access or delivery concerns within 48 business hours.
