At DBunlock, we offer digital subscriptions, exclusive online content, and virtual experiences. As such, our services are non-returnable once accessed or activated. This policy ensures fairness and clarity for all users, especially within a content-driven, reward-based environment.


1. Digital Services Are Non-Returnable

Due to the nature of our product — which includes immediate access to exclusive content, Discord channels, giveaways, and other member benefits — all sales are final. Once a subscription has been activated or content accessed, we cannot offer a return or exchange.


2. No Returns on Subscription Fees

Subscription payments (monthly or promotional 3-month offers) are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Partial use of service

  • Lack of participation in giveaways

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal

3. Prize Draws and Returns

Prize draw entries are earned as a benefit of subscription. These cannot be returned or reversed, even if you cancel your subscription after entry.

Winners of physical prizes (if any) will receive them per the Delivery Policy, and those items may not be exchanged or returned unless damaged or faulty — in which case, we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as duplicate charges or verified technical issues caused by our system, we may consider a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of the issue and provide:

  • Proof of payment

  • A detailed description of the issue
