At DBunlock, we aim to provide every subscriber with premium content, exclusive access, and exciting rewards. If you choose to cancel your subscription, we want the process to be simple and transparent.
You may cancel your DBunlock subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Monthly Subscribers: Access remains active until the end of your paid month.
3-Month Promotional Plans: Access will continue through the end of the 3-month period, after which the subscription will not renew.
Auto-Renewals: If your plan includes auto-renewal, it will be paused immediately upon cancellation.
All payments made are non-refundable, including:
Partial use of a subscription term
Accidental purchases
Change of mind after payment
If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us at contact@dreamboys.co.za, and we’ll review the issue.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of a giveaway period:
Your entries for that month will still be counted if your subscription was active during the entry window.
You will no longer receive entries for future giveaways unless you resubscribe.
To cancel:
Log in to your DBunlock account.
Go to your Account Settings or Billing Section.
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation steps.

After your subscription ends:
You will lose access to premium content and features, including the content vault, Discord access, and automatic giveaway entries.
Your account will remain active (as a free-tier user) unless you delete it entirely.
