1. No Refunds for Digital Subscriptions

Due to the nature of our digital content and instant access model, all subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • 3-month promotional plans

  • Charges for automatic renewals

  • Subscription upgrades or downgrades

Once a payment has been processed, we cannot offer a refund, regardless of whether or not you use the service.


2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider a refund only in the following rare situations:

  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription prior to renewal

  • You experienced a verified technical error caused by our system (not user error)

  • Duplicate payments were made accidentally

If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and include proof of payment and a detailed explanation. Our team will review each case individually.


3. Giveaway Entry & Refunds

Please note: If your subscription granted you entries into any monthly prize draw, you are no longer eligible for a refund — even if your subscription is later canceled. Giveaway entries are considered a benefit of access and are non-reversible.
